Client Policies & FAQs

FAQs:

  • Brow lamination is a chemical process that restructures the brow hairs to create a fuller, lifted, and more uniform appearance.

  • Please arrive with clean brows, free of makeup, oils, or skincare. Avoid retinol, exfoliants, self-tanner, brow tinting, waxing, threading, or active ingredients around the brow area for 5–7 days prior to your appointment. Avoid chemical peels, laser treatments, or facials for 2 weeks before your service.

  • Brow lamination is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding (without physician approval), on Accutane, or have eczema, psoriasis, sunburn, broken skin, or active irritation in the brow area.

  • For the first 24–48 hours, keep brows completely dry and avoid water, steam, sweating, exercise, saunas, tanning, makeup, oils, skincare, and touching or brushing the brows.

  • Apply a nourishing brow oil or conditioner daily and brush brows gently into place. Avoid retinol, acids, exfoliants, or harsh products directly on the brows.

  • Results typically last 4–6 weeks, depending on hair type, skin type, and adherence to proper after-care.

  • Failure to follow pre-care or after-care guidelines may affect results and longevity. No refunds or complimentary touch-ups will be provided in these cases.
